Upon your arrival in Casablanca, we will welcome you and accompany you to the hotel. As you put your luggage in the hotel, we will explore Hassan II mosque, which is the largest mosque in Africa, and the fifth largest in the whole world.
After having breakfast, we will go on an exploratory tour to sightsee the most important landmarks of Casablanca. First, we will head to the central market to experience part of the daily life of the city’s inhabitants. Then, we will visit other beautiful places such as Mohamed V Square, the Habous district, and the Royal Palace. As for the lunch break, we will go to the Corniche to eat some fresh fish. Following this, we will leave Casablanca towards Marrakech where you will have dinner and spend the night.
In the morning, we will leave the hotel so as to go on a full-day excursion inside one of the most important and old cities in the kingdom of Morocco, Marrakech. Our first destination will be the 16th-century Saadian Tombs where many of the Saadian sultans were buried. The tomb or mausoleum represents the best example of Islamic architecture because – as you will see – it combines floral motifs, calligraphy, and carved stucco and marble.
We will also visit the Bahia Palace which was built in the 19th century to capture the essence of Moroccan and Islamic architectural styles. Our exploratory tour in Marrakech will include also the Koutoubia Minaret and the Menara Gardens. In the afternoon, we will head to the square of Jemaa El Fna where you will enjoy listening to street music, watching snakes and monkeys, and listening to storytellers. After having dinner, we will drive you to the hotel.
Early in the morning, we will travel towards the Ourika Valley which is a wonderful valley located at the foot of the high Atlas Mountains. In the valley, you will have free time to explore its beauty on your own. You can also – if you want – ride camels, swim in the valley, and hike the surrounding green hills and mountains of the valley. By midday, we will have lunch in a local restaurant before leaving for Casablanca where you will spend the night.
